Very difficult place to work
PERSONAL SUPPORT WORKER (Former Employee) - Greater Sudbury, ON - 24 February 2023
Always short staffed . You are always exhausted and over worked. The management do not care if you leave or not. Even with the union. Try to treat staff better, then you can retain them. Don't let them be burn out.

You have to be fast because of the work load. Keep most of your opinions to yourself. You must follow the residents care plan. Some staff are excellent

the staff are amazing to work with!! the days are very rushed and very busy but if you can handle working in health care at a very fast pace i would recommend this place

What is the best part of working at the company?The people the setting the amazing care and updated equipment What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Hours and having to constantly pick between saying yes to staying so residents don't go without careWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?Amazing and uplifting fun , team work also independently working amazing staff all around and amazing programs and adls for each individualWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Very busy go go go and fast passed
