I enjoy working with the residents and I love the “family” atmosphere

A good place to work but there is a lot of drama between co workers and things do not stay confidential when they are supposed to be. I wish that being part time I could pay into dentist and prescription benefits as that is only available to the full time staff. I am officially part time but I usually work full time hours.

Love the residents and most of the staff, feel like a family

Stressful, often short staffed and equipment and/or supplies are broken or not available

What is the best part of working at the company?The people the setting the amazing care and updated equipment What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Hours and having to constantly pick between saying yes to staying so residents don't go without careWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?Amazing and uplifting fun , team work also independently working amazing staff all around and amazing programs and adls for each individualWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Very busy go go go and fast passed

Very difficult place to work

PERSONAL SUPPORT WORKER (Former Employee) - Greater Sudbury, ON - 24 February 2023

Always short staffed . You are always exhausted and over worked. The management do not care if you leave or not. Even with the union. Try to treat staff better, then you can retain them. Don't let them be burn out.
