When I started nobody told me about anything. I completely trained myself and frequently was told that I was doing things wrong with no guidance on what I needed to fix. This place completely broke me between the lack of communication and the lack of caring they have for employees and guests. Keep looking for something better. I have worked for a lot - more ... of horrible management, but this one takes the cake. I never felt valued and I always felt like no matter what I did I was wrong. ConsIn week 2 of my employment they told me I was making mistakes, but when asked what I was doing wrong, they couldn't tell me. Serious lack of communication. Managers that act first and think later.
