To improve PRI you would need to pay the woods staff more appropriately considering what they are doing and what they are required to have (gear and certifications). you would also need to better screen the youth applicants to more properly weed out safety risks instead of taking anyone you can get into the program and putting your staff, and other participating youth at risk to both their physical and mental health.

If you get brought in to for an interview and they like you, you will go for a "Shadow Shift" into the woods where you will shadow 3 other staff during an 8 day, 24 hour a day shift. unless you MASSIVELY mess up or decide you don't what the job after your shadow shift you are hired.
