good starter job
Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Current Employee) –  Ottawa, ON16 May 2016
Most employees hired there are new graduates and it is a good paying first job with a good sense of teamwork and a positive culture. It is the kind of position a new graduate feels lucky to secure. It is a good place to develop experience but the company is smaller in size there isn't a lot of room for advancement or career development.

The companies ability to be ever changing and dynamic can be a plus but at times can also detract from focus and the ability for employees to develop in place and the business to grow seamlessly.

Everyone there is bright and eager to achieve and will make great employees in whatever they move on to next.
Pros
Bright peers. Solid sense of team.
Cons
Frequently restructuring internally. Objectives can change often.

Job Culture
Innovative company, but little to no employee appreciation or equality
Account Management (Former Employee) –  -25 March 2015
Really great product, job culture is excellent within the office. This company has a promising future, however, be warned that job security is non existent and in many cases is not associated with performance, but rather personal opinions of a clique like management team.

If you are entertaining a position here, make sure you fight for what you are worth salary wise, or they will walk all over you and you will be hard pressed to be awarded a raise at a later time, even if performance warrants one.

They have no appreciation for previous dedication or contribution to the company. They will set you up on a pedestal, feed you with positive recognition, just to shoot you down a moment later with little to no explanation. Random, impulsive employee firings based on personal circumstances, most often contrived by one individual in an isolated incident, rather than professional performance, leave remainder of staff bewildered and nervous.

It does not matter how vital you think you are, or have been told you are, to this company; they will treat you like less than human and toss you out the door without thinking twice the moment you voice an opposing opinion. Thinking about anything long term here would be a mistake.
