Get verbal rundown, check for all youth who need extra help getting their goals set for the day. Make sure all youth are out a out-times and in by curfew. I learned about how you have to be alert for any situation they may come up at anytime. Working with youth ages 16-24 years of age, with many struggles with mental and addiction issues. Seeing a youth - more ... move out and have plan for the future. - less
ProsI love working with young people.
ConsSome times it can get very dangers as to violence caused by mental or drugs and alcohol.
