I left because I had a miscarriage and wasn't allowed to lift anything heavy and I was a dog bathe so I was lifting dogs all day
I was expected to take a dog to the vet after another employee cut it while intoxicated on shift. Yes management knew she was drunk before this happened
As an ex grooming salon leader(manager). The store leader & assistant wouldn’t help me or back me up at all. I went on stress leave because the salon staff would do what they wanted or go running to the leader or assistant rather than talk to me
I found that the management plays favoritism and 2 of the managers can be bullies. I felt disrespected. I bent over backwards on doing things, and never got a thank you or your doing a good job. There is no safety meetings at all. They sure can bark out orders ,but when you need something it takes them a long time to get to you. I really liked my job , the customers where great, plus seeing their pets was a bonus. But management is not to be desired. I wish the other employees would speak up, but they don't..
Management is terrible. I felt bullied out of my job by the management and other staff.
Went from being an amazing company full of care when I started to you are just a number and how much you can sell. Such a shame I loved my job.
