It helps but you don’t need it, as they give you a tiny booklet which basically gives you a quick rundown of how to take care of each animal we sell in store (since they are garbage at actually taking the man-hours to train associates).

Nope! They train you in store!
I actually applied to be a cashier because I thought you must need experience with animals first to be in Petcare, but they train you on everything you need to know and you pick up so much information working here
