Horrible place to work. Management is horrendous and would rather pay you the very least, so they can get good bonuses! Shady place to work.would not reccomend working there.

Bad company to work for

This company only cares about money, they do not car about their staff, they have a rotating door of staff since it was sold to an auto group, I do not recommend working or buying there

Terrible place to work

Very stressful place to work, you were expected to do many more jobs outside your "job title" but refused to compensate you for any of it. Wouldn't even pay for all the overtime one would put in. Management was useless. Only stayed as long as I did for the customers.

Unorganized mess, especially management

In my 19 months working there 60 people quit or got fired, that's about all you need to know. There were several management changes in that time and the ownership never gave them the ability to make changes so it was constantly terrible.

Pros

Occasional free lunches, Most of the staff (non-management) were fun to work with and hard working.

Cons

Unorganized, terrible management, inconsistent responsibilities

Incompetent management and actual laughable behaviour

If you want new tires after having yours stored and then lost only to be given a different customer's tires, then this is the place! No but that actually happened 4 times and every time the customers were lied to and lead to believe nothing happened. This place is actually a joke that changes management every 2 months and in a year over 50 people came and went from here. If that doesn't scream red flags then nothing does

Dont work here

If you want to be overworked under paid and not feel like you word matters, then this is the place for you. They do not hire from with in. They hire sales people and let them sell with out a license from OMVIC. In the matter of 6 months there was 5 different managers, each one had to change it to how they feel the work should be done. Never taking in the consideration of others.

Fun environment to surround yourself in. Great employees. Great clients. If you have a love of vehicles this is such a great spot to work! You learn alot. Can sometimes be fast paced so wear comfy shoes!

Great Staff, Poor Management.

The people I worked with at this location were great, everyone really enjoyed working as a team, however I found when it came to management things just did not get done. I started out as a Service Advisor and worked my way to a Parts Manager with barely any raise which was disappointing and also the reason that I left (along with the long hours).

Very productive, great environment, wonderful people

A typical day would be answering phones in the morning, taking breaks from phone throughout the day to do filing and/or sending mail/writing letters. I would have a half hour for lunch, and get right back to answering my phone calls and making phone calls to customers. Also if there was anymore filing to do I would also do that. Throughout the day I would also help customers by directing them to who they needed to speak with. I learned from this job experience many things such as communication skills, how to work around my schedule, problem solving skills and much more. My co-workers were wonderful people, and we all got along just great. I had no issues with my co-workers what so ever. The hardest part of my job was early morning shifts, I am not a morning person but I got used to it quite quickly. The most enjoyable part of my job was definitely learning what it was like in the working world. I got to meet some great people and I gained lots of experience.
