Revise the pay plan for your sales staff. It’s ridiculous how below the industry standard they pay their employees. 10 cars= $250 anywhere else that translates into $5000.
I left because the amount of management changes. The fact that people where walked on. Never told about any open positions with in the store. Just a bad place to work.
Poor Management.. I felt like nobody wanted to be held accountable for anything. When the Service Manager left I honestly thought I would be considered for the position but I wasn't, for more money (what I was worth) I probably would have stayed.
