On a typical day of work i would wait for a call from Peter, from there he would tell me what time to go in or if we would work that day. I have learned how to be fast paced, what hard labor feels like, how to be creative, and be hands on. Management was not well organized nor professional, at times i would go 3 days with out working because of poor organization skills. The hardest part of the job was not the heavy lifting as much but more of the working conditions of being outside for multiple hours. The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to learn how to create so many things and also being able to travel to new locations everyday.
Paid every week, free lunch, Saturdays off early and sundays off
Organization of schedule, not enough hours, and no set time to start at
