I am a lead cook so I would work the meats and egg grill and cook. I would also be in charge of maintaining the kitchen line and the other cooks making sure breaks are run properly. The hardest part of the job is trying to memorize the new menus. The culture was good everyone is friends and gets along.

fun group of people both front and back of house get along very well

The kitchen could be better designed, most of the storage is in the basement of the hotel and you need to take the evalator to get most supplies which requires you to walk through the dining room
