Great workplace to grow and learn
Perimeter is an excellent place to build and diversify experience in the aviation industry. As a manager, I feel like I have a voice to influence change within the company. There is also movement within the company for all employees to learn new aspects of the operation. I feel that Perimeter is in the great place to succeed in the aviation industry going forward as demand exists and senior leadership has planned and put us in a position to succeed.

Awesome place to work!
Met lots of interesting passengers and co-workers! Continue to be friends with many of my ex-coworkers. That was 10 years ago, not sure what the atmosphere is like now.

Unorganized chaos, overworked and underpaid
You'll be making basically under minimum wage when all is said and done. They will use words like "you're scheduled for 16 days a month but there's a chance you won't work all of them!", don't be fooled. Even if you don't work all 16 you can work up to 14 hours each workday. The turnover rate on the flight attendant side is extremely high for a reason. The management is extremely chaotic. No one communicates efficiently and if they don't like you, good luck. Nothing is consistent for each employee. The pay is extremely low, as a flight attendant, your starting salary is 29,000 before taxes so your take-home isn't very high. You're better off working a serving job, you will make more tips at the end of the day. The job seems cool and like it could be a fun experience (which it is), but there is no advancement in the company. Unless you dream of being a pilot, fresh out of high school with no experience, and just want a full-time job, I wouldn't recommend it.

Very busy place needs to have a bigger waiting area where passenger are okay and still have distance with other passengers. For safety and hygiene.

Productive and Peaceful Environment
Excellent opportunity for whoever wants to become a licenced AME. You get to work with aircraft level M1 and M2 and very experienced AMEs. Enjoyed my time there and would go back for sure.
