Lead Hand in Burnaby, BC
on 15 September 2020
Interesting work. Good peopleManagement is nice and is easy to talk to. They are always open to suggestions for improvement. The people make the job and environment enjoyable. The design/engineering team often makes mistakes and/or doesn’t think things through so I have to do a lot of engineering and fixing at my bench which can be a little frustrating.
Skilled Worker in Burnaby, BC
on 19 October 2019
Horrible exploitation of skilled workers. No raises/ bonuses, people who ask for a review and raise are laid off. Management is incompetent and disengaged from projects; pat themselves on the back when projects go well without their assistance or input, accept none of the blame when anything goes wrong when they will not confirm specs and update drawings. They take advantage of the workers and shop has an extremely high turnover.
