A Good Place to Work - Especially for a New Mechanic

Great place to learn. The shop tools are top quality and there is a strong culture of teamwork which is always nice to have. Penske is a great place to start out as a mechanic but you will likely out grow the shop. Major repairs are only designated to 1 or 2 individuals and when they find out you're good at something you'll be doing it ad nauseum. Overall a good workplace!

Good to start off from

Not a bad place to start. Learn basics here and company has good training but takes a while for them to send you to training. Not a bad shift schedule. Lots of dramas maybe even more compare to other locations. Manager doesn't know what he's doing and thinks he is also a mechanic. He will manipulate you into doing favors but will use it as ammo when time comes. Learn your basics and move on. Alway...

I am sorry to say this but if you are brown skin you will be fine at Penske Logistics.

If you are a white skin person and don’t mind working an hour for free a day, you will be fine working here. I would never suggest anyone to work here ever!!!!!!!!
