Good place to learn the basics
It is a good place to know the basics of truck and coach repair. They have a strong emphasis of working safely and to keep the workplace clean. They do not do engine repairs.
Auto Body Technician/Apprentice in Burlington, ON

Clean and inviting shop....but filled with gossip and politics.
Toxic workplace environment, managers play favourites, and cause issues with the workers and sit back and watch the drama unfold. Seems like a high school filled with gossiping children. You are not a person while working for Penske, you are jus another faceless robot expected to take the abuse and like it. Wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE
Forklift Driver in Woodstock, ON

Terrible place to work.
Dangerous place to work. Must take risks and tolerate abusive other workers . total disregard for safety . management avoids workers concerns . I quit that job. Because of the need for speed you have to drive very fast to meet company expectations , and all accidents are all automatically forced blame on the driver.
Technician I in Cambridge, ON
on 11 August 2022
Inclusive & fun workplace.
The Cambridge Penske Truck Leasing location has a great group of people working there. Everyone wants to see you succeed & management does its very best to make sure you have all the tools you need. Pay & benefits are great and they are quite accommodating when you need time off. There are frequent lunches, BBQs, donuts. It is a very busy location but no one breathes down your back to get things done. The work is varied & the more you show you can do, the more they give you.
Material Handler in Woodstock, ON

Not a fun workplace
The union runs the show doesn't matter if your productive it's all about seniority very toxic environment everybody only for themselves I can't see Toyota keeping the contract
