Staffing nightmare, archaic charting

Job itself was easy. Management were not always available and they didn’t always care about the staff. There are many ongoing adds for people to apply for housekeeper. The problem is the management. No work incentive's, and terrible schedules.
There are too many managers and not enough floor staff. They have unrealistic nurse/patient ratios. They are week with their orientations and lack in continued education opportunities. It’s archaic, they still use paper charting and have an incompetent computer system.What would you say about your employer?
