Company has underdeveloped leadership and upper management. No advancement or training opportunities. If you have ideas they never get heard, so you basically nod and smile.

Unprofessional behavior at every level
Assistant Store Manager (Former Employee) –  Palo Alto, CA27 December 2016
Unprofessional work behavior ignored at even the senior HQ level. Sales performance unrecognized, out performing month after month leads to zero recognition and unfair labor law practices. Work with unethical peers and passive aggressive management.
