To have management participate in Workplace Safety and Harassment training. Also for the Head Office to listen to employees when they are feeling threatened, depressed and harassed in the workplace and to not disregard their feelings and patrionize them like it’s their fault. It is companies like this one that we really need to watch. Mental Health is real and we can’t ignore it or condone it.

2 weeks vacation. The company offers no sick days until it was mandatory by the government. If you were sick you had to pay for it by coming in on your days off or working overtime. Even though majority of your days were over time that didn’t matter it never evened itself out. Word of advice to those still working there don’t get sick.
