Terrible environment absolutely no loyalty they cover up serious safety incidents the entire workplace is a disaster waiting to happen management personnel are totally under qualified

Good place to work

Haul Truck Operator (Current Employee) - Fort St. John, BC - 29 April 2020

If camp work fits into your life schedule then this is a great place to work. Awesome modern camp. Good foremen on most crews. Never rushed to do a job. Big project and site can get a bit confusing sometimes, but always get sorted out in the end. Great pay and good benefits. Equipment needs upgrade now.

1st year female haul truck operators, making more $, than 8 year certified operator,, because she dating a supervisor,,,,bye bye seeing 40 tonne wiggle wagons cornering on two wheel,,, and supervisor laughs...???,,, this is not for me

Joke of a company

Haul/Rock Truck Driver (Former Employee) - Fort St. John, BC - 4 July 2019

Worked for them for a year and got laid off. Was told layoffs would be around 2 months. Well 6 months later they call me but they kept all their friends working. Don't matter if you are a hard worker, reliable,safe and responsible cause if you didn't kiss up then you were gone

full camp. fly in fly out. average food. pleasant working environment. bar onsite. old equipment. very poor maintenance. yearly lay-offs.

Worst work environment ever

Rock Truck Driver (Current Employee) - Fort St. John, BC - 29 July 2018

Terrible attitudes, favoritism, constant bickering whining and overall unprofessionalism on the radio all day, bring advil. Can't wait to quit. Never worked in a more toxic environment.
