Great pay, awsome people to work with, although very much lacking in management and advancement opportunities. Long days but over time after 6 hrs a day!!

Toxic work environment

Worst safety standards. They don't make changes until someone is hurt and only till the event is forgotten. If you are not part of there little click then you are nothing to them. They only care about the ones they name hire and those are the one that will ever go forward in there career working with them.

fun place to work

great place to work learned a lot never had any issues with management got lots of hours and all living expenses were covered as well as there was a shuttle to bring you from camp to town

toxic work environment

Management is an absolute joke and CLAC is an awful union. Generally they have a very poor group of leaders. Some are ok, but most aren't good people.
