Replace the HR Director with one who listens to his staff and not just his little clique of favorite girls. Make bullies accountable. Bullying is rampant and embraced at this project. Stay away at all costs!!

Put my most skilled personnel to lead the person's that need direction. The lack of training and direction is wasting money.
Start by making a clear pay structure for workers, based on job, experience, education and professional designations. The structure is so lop sided here that it causes turmoil within. Why would tunnel people be getting a bonus but all of the support staff who have made them succeed sit on the side lines without any benefit?
Employee development, especially for women. More opportunities for women. Job equity.
Make it more stable and have a better and more clear way to manage employees and show rules and guidelines more accessible
Replace 70% of the directors. the bad culture is not just on the ground level.
