Pay is good Equipment is garbage

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
Management is not afraid to pay and to pay well. This is a must as the trucks they operate are old, run down, and beat up. The fleet will not be replaced anytime soon. This is a great company as a time filler. But will most likely be to much for most drivers to handle as a long term employment venture.

Keep Looking. Lots of other options

They pay well. That’s it that’s all no more.Manager is simply HORRIBLE. A absolutely horrible person to work for. Dispatch is fairly decent and work with what they have to work with. All in all save yourself the heartache and work somewhere else for 5 dollars less an hour. You won’t regret it. However you will regret working here.

Pros

Good pay

Cons

Management, Trucks. All locations ran by the same snake.

Good pay, somewhat hectic

Good pay for the work, but the scheduling sometimes gets rather scattered depending on the needs of customers. Some days short, other days can be "difficult"

Chris is a weasel and people are property.

There is no schedule, you work when they tell you. Management makes mistakes left right and center and lies and puts the blame on the worker. You cant treat people like you own them and expect them to work well.

Pros

Co workers are cool

Cons

Management blows.

Great Company

Honest Company to work for. Management was always helpful and the environment overall was relaxed. Communication between workers, office and drivers never seemed to be an issue unlike other places I've worked. I'd definitely work for them again.

Great place to work when its busy. Great crew. great people to work with or for. You get to mostly work outside, but you do have things to do inside when the weather is nasty. They send you for any tickets that they feel you may need to be safe or to complete a job. Always home at the end of the night. Working 8-5 mon - fri was a first time experience. it was pretty sweet.

Pros

Learned alot about the trucking industry as well as mechanics

Cons

no overtime. Not enough work to keep busy
