An OK place to work
Hard work. Overtime available. Hard to advance within the company. Expect you to work overtime when you can't. Good to get your foot in the door in construction.. apprenticeship program available. Training paid for by company.

Decent Place to Work
Great company to work for if you're looking for a longterm route. People in the company are great and helpful. Pay and benefits are on the lower end..
