Interview is performed by store leader (manager) who then decides which candidate becomes a staff member.
The interview process was very easy going and the manager eased me in and didn't feel like an interview more like a conversation, amazing experience.
Smooth, relaxed and positive.
It was chill, manager was cool and the orientation was slightly helpful.
From what I remember its best to hand in a resume in person, then an in-person interview, then a phone interview with the regional manager/some other high ish up person
