Maple Farm Equipment is a great company to work for. I was hired as a translator and since my very first day, everybody was very helpful and nice. I got familiarized with agricultural terminology as well as the equipment used in rural Saskatchewan. A typical day includes providing some translating services between managers and Hispanic staff as well as doing some administrative duties. The hardest part was understanding the harvesting process. What I really like about this job was the great sense of humour of the staff.
