Great work environment with amazing families

Pathways Health Centre for Children is a fantastic resource for families with children with special needs and a wonderful work environment. I felt very respected walking into this position and given the ability to create groups and opportunities for families. The management was very encouraging and interested in understanding the family perspective and what more needed to be done to assist with their challenges. The hardest part of my job was that you could give your heart and soul to a family and occasionally you could not specifically assist with a certain situation, but the best you could do is be there for them. One of the most enjoyable parts of the job was that no matter what, you could be there for some of the most amazing families in the world.

For the love of children.

Fast paced work environment, where you always have to be on your toes and think quick. We work with children who's needs differ from many others, watching these children grow and change is the most rewarding part of it all.
