Beginning you think everything is good but then you will learn and experience how cheap these people are, the company sucks as a whole. Not enough tools or equipment to do your job properly.. good example I had to clean up water with a shop vac, the extension chords they had were all chewed up, and exposed
I was asked to use them and we didn't need new ones , it was sad the maintenance guy had to go buy one.
Moral of the story, they are cheap. Dont expect a bonus , or a raise.
What would you suggest Paterson Grain management do to prevent others from leaving?
Listen to their employees...they aren't stupid and are smart..but all of our ideas fell on deaf ears
