Management is poor, and lacks incentive to promote positive change.
Management is 'self-serving'.
Training for the community staff is barebones, and staff is provided with minimal support.
High turnover rate. Poor Pay. Discriminating and gossip-style work culture. Highly lacking in professionalism, stemming from management.

management favours people

culture is poor. management/ office staff have their favourites, and they get preference. They don't follow up with concerns raised for months if at all. The only enjoyable part was the clients. scheduling is a nightmare unless you are one of their pets, then you'll get whatever you want

Working in the community allows for the nurse to deliver quality nursing care because it focus' on only one client at a time. This company is very reputable regarding community nursing agencies.
