Great Company
Partners In Community Nursing is an excellent place to work for home care. It is a smaller company, but one that takes care of its employees. If anyone is interested in visiting nursing within Durham Region, Partners is definitely a company that I would suggest.

Great Company with a fantastic environment
Working at PICN has been a very rewarding, welcoming experience. It is a place that you are happy to go to work, excel and most importantly helping others. The compassion of each of the nurses, in office staff makes a positive environment.

It’s all about the company
Visiting program is difficult to make $. They leave gaps in the schedule where you are not paid. Long day for a little pay and lots of km on your car. You’re punished via your schedule if you are deemed to be insubordinate. There is no benefits to being a long term employee your shifts can be taken from you and given to the new employee. Management plays favourites!! This place truly needs a union...

Not a bad place to work
I have enjoyed my time at this company. The pay is decent but unfortunately due to an increase of cost of living it is not enough. Benefits are not that great. Management is good.

Best place I have ever worked
I decided to make a a leap from working in the city to closer to home and my work life balance improved. I now love going into work again and what believe this is the place I have been searching for. The company culture is something special as everyone is helpful and fun to work with. If you are looking for a great place to work this is it.
