Paramed may have the right ideas but locally the office is very poorly managed, often Director is not there and management is bogged down with her tasks, while not being skilled enough to manage controlling office staff who daily upset other office staff.

I don't. It's not what they advertised and clients are generally not happy with coordination or management or the LHIN. The nurse gets blamed but they have core issues.

Nothing really. I didnt read the collective agreement and end up paying for my msp and extended health, that should be paid by paramed. Also, its been 4 yrs, they didnt give my vacation pay yet. So happy they got kicked out in BC.
