Good guys, worse managment
Warehouse Worker (Current Employee) - Prince George, BC - 10 March 2016
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedTypical day is our shift does most of the work, while everyone else slacks off.
I learned that my boss is the most greedy selfish person alive.
Hardest part is constantly being screwed out of what i deserve, but due to greed never getting anything in return for our hard work.
Nothing is enjoyable
Pros
nothing
Cons
low pay, overloaded work, no benifits greeedy boss

Welcoming and supportive environment
Class 1 Driver (Current Employee) - Prince George, BC - 11 April 2022
The management and employees are welcoming, and supportive of new employees. Management makes it known they care about their employees and will work to keep them happy. They offer decent wages but the typical truck driving lifestyle doesn’t lend itself well to a good work/life balance.
Pros
Supportive management, good co-workers
Cons
Long drives, nights away from home

Self managing your time and you are good..
Truck Driver - Class 1 (Current Employee) - Sobeys Campbell heights - 10 November 2021
No too much instructions..One to two messages a day is all what you get from the management/dispatch and the rest is managing your day…Pay is ok though slightly less compared to other companies doing same route .54cents per mile. if you want more ask for more shifts they give you.. Paid waiting time /on duty time ..
Pros
Waiting time is paid for and all the delays..
Cons
Less mile rate 54cents other companies paying 57 for the same route..

Love the work most days
Driver (Current Employee) - Prince George, BC - 25 July 2021
All companies have there good and bad . This company is growing and in the works of trying to upgrade a lot of equipment. Nice thing is a shop right next door they do most the work on trucks. If you need something shop is next door . If you get a breakdown most the time you get paid for it . Also tow trucks come right away if ever needed
Pros
Good pay if you work for it most trucks are newer now getting alot of new trailers.
Cons
Long hours some days, Hurry up and wait is a thing, If can get a reliable team they would be awsome, To much management way to many office ppl dictating who knows what, So many ppl in office doing the same job its weird ditch a couple pay workers more.

Not a great place to work once was though
Driver (Former Employee) - Prince George, BC - 5 July 2021
This company has too many puppets on strings poor equipment ,office is too heavy with ones that have never done the actual job but can come up with unattainable plans to justify their office jobs. Too much unfair favortism for the favorite ones that dont want to pull their weight
Cons
Infighting

Gossip work environment, no HR at all, poor pay, fire people all the time for no real reason
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) - Prince George, BC - 17 April 2021
Backbiting and slander frequent in the office. Management does nothing to really stop negative behaviour. People get fired frequently for minimal reasons. Hot headed boss who is verbally abusive to staff members. Pay is very low and raises are infrequent if not non existent. Benefits package is awful. If you aren’t family, you are disposable and even family gets disposed of from time to time.
Pros
Managers are nice
Cons
Terrible place to work

Not a bad job
Warehouse Worker/ Truck Driver (Former Employee) - Prince George, BC - 17 July 2020
Working in the warehouse is pretty slack, picking orders and loading trailers. You have to be organized and pay attention, but it's not hard work. The management is pretty hands off, for the most part, which is okay for the most part. The crew are pretty chill, which is nice, but when you're training, make sure you take charge of your own learning because no one is going to go out of their way to make sure you know what you're doing. The hardest part of the job is picking orders, finding the right products in the warehouse. I enjoyed it most once I was driving and doing deliveries.
Pros
Chill environment/coworkers
Cons
Training

Warehouse Worker, Warehouse lead hand (Current Employee) - Prince George, BC - 16 September 2017
This place is all about greed and selfishness. Everyone is out for themselves and themselves only. Do not recommend ever working here. You get promises that are never meant to be upheld.
