They aren't very straightforward they'll just tell you when you're doing good.
Very badly via feedback app
Usually through outbursts at meetings

Nonchalant, indirect.
Depends on the issue. Sometimes privately in the office, sometimes during training on the job.
By far the only place where the manager acts more like a friend rather than someone you should free. Which I absolutely loved. Everyone became friends. Some of us still hang out despite the store closing down.
The management was great very helpful and responsive
