Appropriate pay for the actual guards for the amount of risk they are exposed to. The company would be a good long term job if it actually paid better and showed its employees that they actually care. My experience has been very poor, the higher management doesnt care at all about the ground level employees and promotions are based only on favoritism not merit or performance.

Try communicating to the lower people more and not just treat them as inferior beings. Pay them what they deserve and not what you can get away with. Stop recruiting idiots to ride on the backs of the decent guards.

They could offer more competitive pay rates. This worlds about money and if you pay even a little more it can change the amount of attention your staff gives and it will lead to better staff, better customer service, and more clients in the future.
