It would simply be that I was able to use the healthcare experience I had with Paladin Security and move onto a proper career somewhere in healthcare as a Nurse or Aide or as a city Peace Officer or another form of Policing.

Because of favouritism. If you aren’t one of the favorites then you get picked on, bullied and held back from actually trying to move up in the company. How is it fair that someone that been there 6 months is never offered any training to grow but they hire someone and within one month they are being 2ic trained? Oh I forgot it’s FAVORITISM!

They literally hire anyone with a clean background check, even if they aren't really able to do the job. There's a psych evaluation with the online application form that is supposed to keep unstable people from applying. It obviously doesn't work.

Here in Prince George it's because the management here is incompetent. Short paycheques, opening the shifts two days prior and having to last minute call everyone, cutting their experienced employees hours and giving all of them to inexperienced newbies with no site orientations or training, and a complete lack of communication with their employees. On top of the low wages it means I've seen a lot of really good guards quit once hired by them. Especially the ones who were part of Concord and Regional when Paladin bought them. I have yet to hear anything good from any Paladin employees up here. I work for three Security companies and Paladin might bring it down to two.
