The moral in the Halifax location is very low. You are spoken at, not to, in a very unprofessional manor here. There is no leadership whatsoever from management. There is no such thing as thank you for going the extra mile. Staff is at an all time low, and relationships between staff and management are tense. If you want customers to love your company, first your staff must love your company. With customers going to the competition at an exponential rate, it shows how unhappy people are working at PAL.
After working for this company for many years, it is my recommendation you do not waste your time here like I did.
