I loved the people there

A great place to start when looking to begin a career in welding, more of an entry level than experienced job. Fairly repetitive but the jobs arent bad. If you are just getting into welding or have been welding for a year or two, you will definitely get the practice you need to improve your skills, while enjoying a very relaxed workplace environment.

Stay away

One of the worst places to work. Stay away. Low pay and low intelligence is what this place is all about. Poor quality is praised. If you Can't weld, can't read, can't write then this place is just for you.

Good place to work for the beginner welder

I enjoyed my 3yrs the owners treated you well Alot of incentives for the employee Like bbq, perfect attendance program Lead hands and supervisors treated you with respect

Go somewhere else

It would be really Rich if management figured out that one person in particular was responsible for all the talented and experienced people either quitting or being wrongfully dismissed over the last couple years. Pakfab is in the stone age of fabrication because of this one person, it's not worth trying to make a career here, you are better off somewhere else unless you are friends & family of the owner and then able to do whatever you want at the country club.
