Company went in Bankruptcy then went out of business
Manager of Maintenance & Special Projects (Former Employee) –  Vancouver Island7 December 2013
Mismanaged, poor moral, no teamwork, Bad experience
Started at 7:30 in the morning on call 24/7 - some 18-20 hr days
Management was erratic and disorganized
Co workers didnt stay long for one reason or another
best part of the job was leaving - did not get paid out what they were supposed to pay

Poorly managed, backstabbing culture. No common goals with staff and management

Very Disorganized culture. Management in transition resulting in disorganized working conditions. Poor pay for work done.
