You would walk in and get ready to work. On your feet for 12 hours a day, break only at lunch and dinner. setting up the hot plates and serving customers. The hardest part of the job was that you would be on your feet for like 11 hours a day with no real break. the best part was being able to work with this well experienced butcher that knew . everything about a pig, cow, rooster, etc.
