In a real time manner provide more support for management when new clients are entering into care with resources, safer space for clients and more training for new staff.
Money should not be the reason clients living space is not safe for them or staff.
Listen to management and implement asap so management can have time to mentally and emotionally support staff to not allow burnouts or as much turnover staff
