I enjoy working for Paccar but lately we have new management and it is not the same. No matter how hard you work it is not good enough. You feel under appreciated no matter what you do. There is nothing hard about doing my job only the physical part of it.

A place where you can get a lot of experience, but it won't come easy. Non-unionized means that management may work side-by-side with employees. Floor Employees prefer that also, it means you know what they go through and their challenges.
Sometimes, you need to do your job and their job. Overall, the compensation is good, above industry average but not too high.
Very high expectancy for top quality work, and mistakes are not welcomes from anyone, by anyone; especially from the management team.
Enough tools to help you manage your employees and workload. IT is on par with industry needs.
Above avg compensation level, great learning potential
High Stress, no room for mistakes, always on the go with min. rest
