Terrible Management, they only want to hear what they want to hear and have selected hearing .

They do not listen when you want more training, they do not offer any support. They clients for the most part are nice and easy to handle but when you have an issue there is usually an hour delay to get an answer because everything is virtual. That is why training is so crucial in the beginning.

Micro managed

Manager not very understanding of issues office manager belittling and picked favourites, very clicks environment to work in. Break after only 1 hour then non on a 8 hour shift

Fun loving place to work as we meet various patients and feels great to help them.

Its was great working with this company for 5 years. Unfortunately the structural changes made to close down various clinics . Staff was very professional. Closely worked with various physiotherapist , Hand therapist, massage therapist and occupational therapist and gained knowledge about physical health,active rehabilitation etc. Also got familiar with the MSP system , ICBC , WCB benefits .

Good place to work, people are freindly and helpful

The job is pretty good, sometimes hectic but overall a good place to work. I learned 2 new programs. Hardest part is getting everything done before end of day.

Very busy OHIP clinic

Enjoyed working in a fast paced, multi-tasking OHIP clinic as a Patient Care Coordinator. Dealt extensively with patients, staff and the public. Learned to efficiently schedule and bill patients, process government funded, private and third party claims, and balanced and generated end of day reports using customized scheduling and billing Program. Accurately handled cash, debit and credit card transactions, and prepared bank deposits. Ordered customized orthotics and office supplies. Typed letters, filed, scanned and faxed documents to government agencies and doctor's offices. Worked well independently and as part of a team.
