If you just graduated from a medical office program, this is a good starter job. You learn all the basics of medical office environment with friendly and helpful staff.

They do not listen when you want more training, they do not offer any support. They clients for the most part are nice and easy to handle but when you have an issue there is usually an hour delay to get an answer because everything is virtual. That is why training is so crucial in the beginning.

Manager not very understanding of issues office manager belittling and picked favourites, very clicks environment to work in. Break after only 1 hour then non on a 8 hour shift

Its was great working with this company for 5 years. Unfortunately the structural changes made to close down various clinics . Staff was very professional. Closely worked with various physiotherapist , Hand therapist, massage therapist and occupational therapist and gained knowledge about physical health,active rehabilitation etc. Also got familiar with the MSP system , ICBC , WCB benefits .

The job is pretty good, sometimes hectic but overall a good place to work. I learned 2 new programs. Hardest part is getting everything done before end of day.
