Our culture is fun and vibrant and we keep in touch through Town Halls, our internal website "Front Page" where we High Five people for doing a great job, learn timely info about our team and business, and participate in our national friendly competition of "Gladiators".

Yes, there are continuing education allowances for clinical positions to support ongoing learning. There is also an online learning platform and access to resources. pt Health promotes from within with Career Alerts to employees that encourage movement around the clinics or head office. Every employee has a career development discussion with their Manager to support upgrading of skills or development interests.

Yes, pt Health is a healthcare industry so we do need to work when patients are available but they are flexible with their hours and understand it's important to have a healthly work-life balance.

Great teams! Our teams are collaborative and always put our patients first. We work hard but we have fun too. Learning and development is really supported by Continuing Education Allowances and online training.
