No room for improvement
Receptionist and Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Mississauga, ON28 March 2019
I would not recommend this job to anyone.

The receptionist are very rude and disrespectful to the patients and often lie to them about procedures and policies, and engage in gossip about other staff all day.

It was embarrassing watching the other receptionist mistreat & disregard the older patients, especially when they would bring up the bad reviews seen online about the company, which proved to be right.

They do not train you at all, they basically “throw you to the wolves” hoping you will figure it out fast enough and if you don’t they will fire you without 2 weeks notice or warning.

None of the staff members are helpful or friendly. The hours are not worth it especially when you do not get basic benefits or a raise.

Great place to work, only wish I had more of a heads up on being let go but also understand business and what needed was what was done. If given the chance would love to work for the company again one day :)

Multitasking and making the effort to learn
Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Mississauga, ON20 January 2017
This place will teach you how to multitask as you will be dealing with a ton of patients and it is a very busy environment. The phones are ridiculous here but hey you learn! As for having to train interns during the day it can be extremely difficult as the volume here is crazy. Interns are here to learn and are suppose to take notes and sorry but if you aren't doing that you're not going to be able to do the work. You cannot be lazy at this job, it is a fast paced environment and I have come across a few interns being placed here who are just really lazy. They expect the receptionists to keep telling them how to do things when they aren't referring to their notes, the notes they never take! Once their intern is finished they are just complaining about the people that work here rather than asking themselves if they have learned anything! Probably because they never get hired after their intern is done and want someone to blame sadly.

Meeting new people
