18 questions about working at Oxfam
Firing people in the street after one day of no sign up really does not match the image of an organization that is connected with good things. The organization should treat people like human beings and at least fire them in the office. I just felt like garbage after an entire day working then I was fired in the street, they just informed the decision and took their stuff. Unbelievable.
