Fun place to work and grow but easy to find yourself stuck

I would recommend working here if you wanna have a good work life balance.It’s got alright management but your co workers can make it or break it for you here.

Great coworkers but overwhelmed and overworked

Worked until burnt out multiple times. They had no solution on hiring enough staff or the right staff. They are unable to retain staff. They did not have solutions when they could not find staff and expected the current hired staff to compensate when they did not have enough staff making them work until burn out.

Outstanding Place to Work

Started out with a simple phone call and followed by an interview with the owner a couple days later. Family owned company that takes care of its employee's. The managers try to ensure the employees success and professional development. Staff accommodation is the best I've ever seen and well maintained. Great team and fun overall experience

Overlander Mountain Lodge is placed in one of the most beautiful spots in all of Canada and the views never get old. The staff accommodations are great, decent sized room & bathroom for one person and the common room is very updated, although they do need to manage it better as other residents love to anonymously run away from the mess they make in the kitchen.
