Unprofessional and lack of training
A typical day at work is inputting data for a freight company. Training is done by someone that says...just do this...and with no explanation. Criteria for inputting bills constantly changes from company to company, and employees are expected to simply remember the information for 100's of accounts. The supervisor of this position is unprofessional - more... and is much more interested in her personal life, and office politics than she is in training. Employees are expected to stay at work, (even if you are only part time), until the job is done. At times this would mean as much as 8 hours per shif ... - less
ProsCan eventually work remotely, however not many people make it that far.
ConsLack of training, little regard for people's outside lives or feelings.
