Honesty, every applicant needs to review the company policy in detail and assess for themselves the unique schedule and requirements to work 15 days a month or 6 month of the year on a 4on-4 off rotation.If high wages are needed or your prefer a conventional 5-6 day schedule this job may not be for you, we are about quality of life over living in a truck, driving as a class 1 driver is hard and fatigue plays a major factor in accidents, mistakes and unhappiness with your employment, if you are in a place in your life where work and money doesn't rule your life and family and hobbies mean more...this is the job for you!
This company is about being a team player, As long as you can be a team player and help when needed and willing to go the "Extra mile" you will be treated with respect
