Great place to start, then move somewhere else
IT (Former Employee) – USA – 3 October 2014
outsourceIT is a great place to learn the IT world. They have so many different types of clients you will learn many invaluable skills. But, you will be worked to death. You will have oncall duties, be expected to work well over 8 hours a day, and will not be rewarded for any of this. The benefits are sub-par although the 3 weeks of vacation is nice. Constant changes in structure/processes, high turnover, and absent/uninvolved senior management makes this place a rollacoaster ride. Come, learn, and leave (before you are let go or fired, which happens often)!
Vacation time, great co-workers
