-Supervisors/management don't listen to or value you.
-Can't save 'em all.The management team and other employees. The amount of micromanaging was incredibly difficult to deal with, and the company is incredibly strict on their rules- no exceptions.
Trining to do my job without the support of my manager or seniour management.
